"Griffin Concepts were able to deliver the project on time and budget without any safety or security concerns"
MAT PERKINS ( Head Project Manager (GEW), Spotless )Griffin Concepts recently completed a project for Spotless and the Department of Defence at the Australian Defence Force Academy. The works involved refurbishment of some office, classroom, kitchenette and wet area alterations. Given the location of the work a high emphasis is not only required for assuring the quality of the work, but also that it is carried out safely and in a secure manner. During the works Griffin Concepts were required to liaise with stakeholders, carry out works out of normal hours and respond to changes at short notice all while the building was occupied by staff members. They were able to offer alternate solutions to some of the proposals that were of mutual benefit to both Griffin Concepts and the client by way of cost saving and better quality products. Griffin Concepts were able to deliver the project on time and budget without any safety or security concerns, this all contributed to the client being extremely happy with the way that the project was carried out and the finished product.

Ian Mitchell ( Maintenance Manager )I have known Richard Ali of Griffin Concepts since 2009. I was at the time a maintenance electrician with the hotel maintenance team. I have since progressed from there to Supervisor in 2011 and then Maintenance Manager in 2016. The first project at the hotel for Griffin Concepts was the Serani Health Spa in 2009 which involved converting an existing kitchen area to a health spa, this was quite a sizable and challenging project. The next project that Griffin Concepts did at the hotel was the conversion of the Park Room meeting room into a guest accommodation room in 2012. The most recent project was the conversion of room 601 from a suite with kitchenette to two separate rooms one a guest accommodation room and the other a staff lounge for Singapore Airlines crew. There have also been many other smaller works performed here by Griffin Concepts. During the time I have known Richard and his company I have always been satisfied with the standard of workmanship and customer service that he and his team have delivered.
Dr David BatagolI have had the pleasure of employing Richard and Griffin Concepts on three occasions over a four year period, and on each occasion, found him highly professional and his work of the highest quality. He is also an excellent communicator, and always carefully documents changes to any quote or brief, so that the customer does not experience any unexpected surprises. I would have no hesitation in employing him again in the future, and cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Andrew Corkery ( Assistant Director, Building Fabric Services at Parliament House Canberra )My name is Andrew Corkery and I am the Assistant Director of Building Fabric Services at Parliament House Canberra. I am responsible for the management of building fabric related works including minor building works, carpet laying, carpentry, painting, locksmith, glazing, and stonework, building membranes and signage. We recently utilised the services of Griffin Concepts on an office refurbishment for Senate Services. The works were required to be completed in a very condensed timeframe between Parliamentary sitting periods. Despite the restricted program and never having undertaken works in Parliament House previously, Griffin Concepts completed the refurbishment ahead of schedule and to a very high standard. The building specifications in Parliament House are very detailed with the walls, skirting details and doorways all unique to the building. Griffin Concepts undertook the challenge and displayed a very high level of experience, professionalism and commitment to detail in their work. I would highly recommend Griffin Concepts for any building minor works.
